Returns & Customer Assurance

At Baga Construction LLC, we are committed to supplying quality products and dependable service. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Requirements

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
• Show no signs of misuse, installation, or modification
• Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Items that do not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

• Custom-built or personalized items
• Clearance and final-sale merchandise
• Gift cards
• Products damaged after delivery due to improper installation or misuse

Refund Procedure

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your financial institution may require additional processing time before funds become available.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the shipping package
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request promptly and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our shipping error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
